Swamp lilly last week on the Yellow River flood plain. The most impressive spring wild flower here next to the trumpet vines. Once planted some in a friends Koi pond and they bloomed year after year untill replanted to the wild and Koi pond dug up. My friend got tired of water moccasins trying to get the fish and her.

Hello Pricket, I wanted to drop by to return the blog visit and thank you for the comment. Also for reading for so long! I hope you are inspired to keep up your blog. I would love to know about your garden and how you've adapted to it's growing conditions.
